Q  How can I get a free sample for testing?

A   For standard power cord, please tell us your require data: such as cable length, plug type, cable color or tail end type.

If you are not sure about this, just tell where it will be used, we can give some suggestion.

Q   Do you have certificate for your product?

A    Yes, all product are strictly according to the testing standard.

Q   How long can I get the feedback after we sent enquiry?

A    Within 12 hours in working days

Q   What is the delivery time?

A    Normally 23~28 days after received deposit. detail delivery date will depend on the production season and order quantity.

Q   What is the payment details?

A    For new customers, 30% deposit will be charged for raw material preparing.
